Airshare connects people with each other and their local merchants. As such, fostering an inclusive environment is an Airshare priority. This policy explains the kind of behavior we prohibit for utilization of Airshare to help ensure a positive experience for all.

This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By using Airshare, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.

Utilizing Airshare, you cannot discriminate based upon:

  • Race
  • Color
  • Ethnicity
  • National origin
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Gender identity
  • Sexual orientation
  • Disability
  • Any other characteristic protected under applicable law

It is your responsibility as an Airshare Merchant or consumer to know your local laws and any other legal regulations on discrimination that might apply to you.

Examples of prohibited behavior for those utilizing Airshare include, but are not limited to:

  • Refusal of service based on membership in one or more protected group
  • Derogatory or demeaning remarks against protected groups listed above
  • Racial slurs
  • Posts that support or glorify current or historical hate groups

If you think discrimination has occurred by an Airshare merchant or consumer email us at support@airshare.com and we will investigate. We have a timely review process for all reports.
